How do you prioritise what’s important and whats not? What happens when you confronted with a decision?
Tony Robbins said ‘it’s in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped’ and then I read another quote that jumped out at me ‘Unsuccessful people make decisions based on their current situation, successful people make decisions based on where they want to be.’
So my question is really ‘where do I want to be?’
Let me first evaluate the decisions that I have made that I believe are positive and have shaped my destiny.
My marriage of 33 years is the BEST DECISION I have ever made. I am now blessed with a partner who I love and who has brought so much joy to my life, she has shaped me and sharpened me and taught me most of the good things that reflect in my life.

So for me I believe in setting my priorities in order and then once those pillars are in place make a decision that positively effects those life pillars. My pillars are my faith, my wife, my children, my family and my friends.
Most decisions that one deliberates on are work related, health related, children related. All of these feed in the key pillars and effect them all depending on the path you choose.
So what do I want ? or where do I want to be ? How do I provide for my loved ones? What motivates me?
Before all of this I was carefree and decisions were easy as they only effected me, and a bad decision was a learning experience …..and I made countless mistakes ….. but they led me to my destiny which is to be a husband, a father, a friend.
In all of this, why does one stress so much about the wrong things? you need to review your pillars and build around them don’t you?
